Vikings in the Kitchen!

The Home Cooking of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden

Members of The Scandinavian Society have prepared various recipes from this book at the "Cookbook Party" (as seen in the pictures on the Gallery pages) and at the Multicultural Festival that is held in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia every year.
