*This is an excellent book and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in Finnish cuisine. When I spent time over in Finland, I tasted dishes that I wanted to reproduce over here in Canada but I could never find any recipes for them. When I picked up this book, I found all of them and more. Very well written and very informative.
